Solution
We designed an event-driven architecture using Kafka for ingestion, ClickHouse for analytics, and a Next.js dashboard with streaming updates. Materialized views and smart caching kept queries under 1 second.
Outcome
Reports that once took 6 hours now complete in under 2 seconds. Decision velocity across the org improved dramatically, and compliance got the near-real-time view it needed.
