We are looking for motivated, target-driven Sales Executives who can help us acquire new customers, build long-term business relationships, and grow our hosting and software services. What You'll Do - Find and connect with potential customers who need web hosting, domains, websites, or software development services. - Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels. - Explain our services and recommend suitable solutions to customers. - Follow up with prospects, negotiate offers, and convert leads into paying customers. - Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional services. - Maintain lead records and regularly report sales progress. Compensation & Commission This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly income. - Earn 30% recurring commission on eligible payments received from customers you personally acquire and close. - Recurring commissions may continue while the customer remains active and makes eligible payments, subject to the company's written commission policy. - Commission is calculated on eligible amounts actually received by Web Plans, excluding applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and other excluded amounts defined in the commission policy. - Commission rates, attribution, payment schedule, renewals, and any applicable exclusions will be shared before onboarding. - There is no fixed earning limit; actual earnings depend on successful sales and customer payments.
