The Waterfall Model

In this phase, we work closely with you to understand your business goals, target users, and the exact features you need. We document every requirement in a detailed specification document that serves as the foundation for the entire project. This phase includes stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and feasibility analysis.

Based on the approved requirements, our architects design the complete system. This includes database schema, API design, UI/UX wireframes, technology stack selection, and infrastructure planning. Every design decision is documented so the development team has a clear blueprint to follow.

Our senior development team writes production-grade code following the approved design. Work is split into modules, and each module is developed, reviewed, and merged into the main codebase. We follow strict coding standards, use version control, and conduct peer code reviews to maintain quality.

The QA team runs comprehensive tests on every feature — unit tests, integration tests, user acceptance tests, security tests, and performance tests. Every bug is logged, tracked, and fixed. We test on multiple devices, browsers, and network conditions to ensure the product works flawlessly.

Once testing is complete and approved, we deploy the application to your production environment. This includes server setup, database migration, SSL configuration, domain pointing, and CI/CD pipeline setup. We run final smoke tests to confirm everything works in the live environment.

After launch, we provide ongoing maintenance — bug fixes, security patches, performance monitoring, and feature updates. We also collect user feedback and continuously improve the product. This phase continues for the lifetime of the application.
